Time of ripening: Around the second ten days of September
Vinification: The grapes are destemmed, the crushed grapes are cooled and poured into a steel tank where maceration takes place for about 8 – 10 hours. The must is clarified and fermented with selected yeasts at a low temperature to preserve its aromas.
Tasting notes: Lively pink color with intense scent of raspberry and strawberry fruit. Fresh taste on the palate, pleasantly fruity aftertaste.
Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif, enjoy it alone or with white meats and fish.
